We service & support all the products we market and offer a 24-Hour Service 7 days-a-week.

Instruments on service contract are checked 6 monthly, we maintain the service history of each instrument. Knowledge of the history & service means we can offer reduced labour rates for contracts.

A three-month warranty is standard on all repairs, Original Equipment part replacements carry a twelve-month warranty.

Service rates for labour do not include spares

  Each preventive maintenance visit includes the following standardized procedures:
