We service and support all the
products that we market and offer a 24-Hour Emergency Service 7
days-a-week.
Instruments on Service Contracts are subject to six monthly service routines and we
maintain a complete service history for each instrument. Knowing the history of the instrument and that
it is well maintained means we can offer a reduced labour rate for instruments
on contract.
We offer a three-month warranty
on all repairs, and all OEM parts replaced carry a twelve-month warranty.
Spares required for servicing/repair of an instrument are not
included in labour charges and are charged separately as
required.
